She took her own life days after serving her husband John Paul Miller (pictured right), 44, with divorce papers, and police ruled it a suicide. The Robeson County Sheriff's Office, which has been in charge of the investigation, said that they've been in touch with federal authorities since they began their probe. 'Based on the information gathered during the investigation and jurisdiction reasons, the Sheriff's Office has requested the assistance of both agencies,' the sheriff's office said in a statement Monday.
